ATLANTA (CBS46) -Prosecutors announced that Jorge Solis, 21, was sentenced to 50 years in prison for a drunk driving crash that killed three, including two children.
A third child was left paralyzed.
"They say I was lucky to have walked out of that car, but honestly, I would've rather just stayed in it," Michael Osborne told CBS46.
Osborne was driving the car that was hit head-on early Father's Day morning on I-75. Prosecutors said Solis was drunk and driving the wrong way down the highway.
Osborne's grandson, Kaybrin, was killed in the crash. Kaybrin's sister, Halle, was also killed, and his brother, Clayton, was paralyzed. The children's grandfather was also killed.
